After working in secondary education for almost twenty years, with a special interest in the mentoring and development of other teachers, I undertook extensive further training to develop my earlier coaching and mentoring training. This led to becoming a Master Practitioner of CBT, accredited by the British Psychological Society, and shortly afterwards as a practitioner of ACT talking therapies. I have further trained in the Humanistic modality, and work in a Person-Centred Approach. I have been registered with the British Psychological Society since 2015. I am a member of the BACP, and follow their Code of Ethics. I am able to offer a confidential and sensitive therapeutic service, to support you through life events or circumstances which you may be finding challenging.
