Connex Community Support

Connex Community Support is a long established charity supporting the people of the Peaks and Dales.

It offers a variety of services, focusing on the elderly and vulnerable, including

• home from hospital support
• longer term home befriending support
• wheelchair hire
• transport to medical appointments
• home maintenance
• house clearance
• beginners tech

Some services are free, others subsidised and others paid at cost.
