The Bowling Green

The Bowling Green Steakhouse is the perfect destination for a fantastic meal out, or just a good old "swift beer" with friends.

If you are coming from the town centre by foot, then the nicest way to reach us is via The Channel, which goes off next to the Picnic Basket at the top of the Market Place. Its a bit longer but not as steep and it keeps you off the main road. Turn right when you reach the top of The Channel and we are just a couple of minutes walk.
