Foxes Retreat is holding a series of one-day writing retreats, for aspiring authors to work alongside like-minded companions.

We originally started our Writing Rooms through ZOOM during the pandemic lockdowns of 2020. The idea was quite simply to put ourselves in our writing chairs to complete our she got it done!  

We now welcome writers to use our in person spaces to get your project done too.

On each of the Writing Retreat days, we open at 10am, and run right through until 4pm, with a break for lunch in the farmhouse kitchen, or on The Courtyard patio if it is warm weather.  There is coffee and tea available throughout the day.

Lunch will be home-made soup and our own fresh baked bread, or a delicious Pasta dish, made freshly here at Foxes’ Retreat.  There is always fruit and “emergency cake” to keep us going through the afternoon!  

It is a great way to meet friends, new and old, with a common passion about writing.   We hope to see you here in 2024 - contact us to book your spot, and write the dates on your calendar!

The cost is £35 for the full day in person, including your lunch, with the opportunity to focus on your writing in a supportive environment, and to connect with like-minded people.  Maximum of four spots per Day Retreat available - they fill fast and are often booked up well ahead, so check your diary and do enquire!
